About the Benefits of Grounding Yourself

There has been a huge amount of research on grounding your body
to earth (known as Earthing) and the health benefits from doing
so. As we go about our daily lives, we spend most of our time being
exposed to EMF fields put off by cell phones, cell and radio towers,
work place machines and other devices like computers, power supplies,
power lines, and what's called "dirty" electrical and
electromagnetic frequencies. Our bodies are constantly bombarded
with (EMF) positive ions from these "dirty" sources. Even
while we sleep, we are being exposed to huge amounts of these positive
ions from smart meters, WiFi, and other sources.
Research has shown that the positive ion buildup in our bodies may
be the cause for chronic inflammation, pH imbalance, and cortisol
imbalances. Which also affects our estrogen and testosterone levels.
Most of us do not live in an environment where we can step into
a warm salt water ocean or other natural water source with our bare
feet for periods of time every day. Those that do, feel the relaxing
and calming benefits of the experience but usually do not understand
the nature of what is happening to themselves.
We live in a world where it's covered in asphalt, concrete, carpet,
tiles, and other surfaces that do not allow us to be grounded to
the earth. We also wear shoes and other foot coverings that keep
us from making a good ground to the earth most of the day. Some
of us sit in front of a computer for long periods and then go home
to sit in front of a TV or other entertainment system, making for
even more exposure and bombardment of EMF's.
Grounding yourself or Earthing, can be a difficult thing to accomplish
for most people living out their daily lives.
Learning how easy it is to do Earthing at home or anyplace else
you might be is important to your physical health and mental well
being. When you are connected to the earth via a safe and solid
grounding system, your body synchronizes with the circadian rhythms
of the earth.
The earth absorbs the buildup of damaging positive ions in your
body and floods your body back with free electrons that it has an
unlimited supply of to give you. Earthing can restore normal pH
levels in the body and also increase resistance to oxidation and
promotes balanced cortisol levels.
If you cannot go barefoot in wet grass, walk in natural water, or
spend time grounded in other natural ways every day, you can still
get all the benefits of Earthing by using devices designed to safely
ground you to the earth with the same degree of success.
Grounding or Earthing yourself will rid your body of excessive positive
ions and free radicals that are associated with bad health and disease
and flood your body with negative ions resulting in improved health
and longer living.
While traveling, especially long distances by aircraft or automobile,
once you get to a place like a hotel room or family location, you
can simply test an outlet for safety and plug into the buildings
ground system to reset the circadian rhythms of the earth with your
body in a short time. Earthing can eliminate the "jet lag"
that most people feel after traveling and re balance the electrons
in our bodies that flying or driving long distances unbalances in
us all.
Whenever possible, try and find a way to connect to the earth naturally
daily, but as most of us know, that is difficult to do these days
in our normal busy schedules. Using earthing devices has the same
exact effect on our bodies as doing it naturally, but with the added
benefit of convenience of where, and when, we can ground ourselves.
